Explore the ASEA Partner Program with Derek Chew
Considering an ASEA business alongside your current work or developing a team in Asia?
Explore the customer work, costs and learning involved with Derek Chew, based in Singapore.
Start with your questions. We can discuss your goals, experience and market, and the mentoring that may fit you. Send a business enquiry below; you can learn about the opportunity before deciding whether to join.
What building the business involves
An ASEA associate runs an independent direct selling business. The work includes learning about the products, having clear customer conversations, following up respectfully and supporting customers after a sale.
Building a team also means developing people, practising communication and understanding local requirements. This is not a salaried job or a promise of passive income. Results depend on many factors, including time, skills, expenses and customer demand.
Learn with Derek Chew
My background includes corporate management at Hewlett Packard and the Singapore Technologies Group.
I founded Next Step Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2007, and my work has centred on leadership development and business building in Asia.
Listen without pressure.
Understand the person’s questions, explain the business clearly and respect their decision; including a decision not to continue.
Develop independent judgement. Help people practise decisions, understand boundaries and review their thinking, rather than depend on a leader for every answer.
Learn before expanding. Understand local customers, language, trust and requirements. Start with a proportionate learning effort and review what the market actually tells you.
This is my mentoring approach. We can discuss what support is appropriate for your experience, goals and market.
I have an ASEA business relationship and may earn compensation from qualifying sales under ASEA’s plan.
Questions before you start
Can I explore this alongside my current work?
You can enquire while employed or running another business. Before joining, consider your available time, employer rules and the customer work you can realistically undertake.
What will it cost?
Ask for the current official ASEA documents for your country. Review enrollment and ongoing costs, product availability, associate eligibility, compensation rules, income disclosures and cancellation or refund terms. Requirements differ by market.
What income can I expect?
There is no guaranteed income. Assess likely expenses, customer demand, your skills and available time. Another person’s rank or earnings do not predict your results.
Do I need to join before speaking with Derek?
No. Share your country and questions in the form below. We can clarify the practical details and which market documents to review. An enquiry does not enroll you or commit you to a purchase.
Where can I find product pricing for my Asian market?
Visit Wellness Solutions and open Redox, Nutrition, Performance, or Skin Health & Comfort. Prices displayed on the product cards are US-market reference prices. Click a card or its ordering button to open ASEA’s official shop, then confirm your country to view current pricing and availability for your respective Asian market. Product prices are separate from enrollment and other business costs.
